Here's a few funny videos on what doesn't make a good leader. It's as much about what we don't do as a leader, as what we do. A good leader doesn't... micromanage, play favorites, waste people's time, overcomplicate, or demean. |

I think what makes a great leader is being able to interject your self into your employees. Meaning help them unterstand their role and get them to buy in to what they do. Also it is good to let them know how important they are not only to the company but to the team. A great leader is able to guide others, create a postive atmosphere and give oppotunities to others. In doing all of this they should be able to develop others into leaders by making weakness.... stronger.... |

I was unsure where to post this but wondering if someone can tell me how to get into the HR field without a HR degree. I have my MPh and B.S in Fitness Management. Looking for a change but something that is broad. Thanks! |
