sspayd Member since 02/09/2012	I am doing research on the relationship between engagement, work hours, productivity and the ROI of engagement programs. HR professionals who wish to participate in my research can take a quick two question survey as well as discuss their experiences with disengagement and employee time management below. The two question survey will take less than a minute and can be found at: http://tinyurl.com/6wxnulc The research will be presented at the 2012 Engagement Summit on Feb. 29 in a discussion with HR professionals from 40+ global companies (including Apple, Comcast, Toys"R"Us, Prudential and more). I will also post highlights from our discussions below as well as in my HR blog. Discussion Topics: The question being asked is "How much time does a disengaged employee waste in a single workday?" Has a disengaged employee's time management problems caused issues for your workgroup? Does anyone have insights on the issue of time management vs. engagement?
