Leadership frameworks

The engineering company I work for is about to undertake a review of our Leadership framework, for benchmarking and best practice I would like to pose these questions - What elements make up your leadership framework, ie 360 review, leadership assessments, Performance reviews, Succession Planning? And how do the elements relate to each are, are they robustly connected? Modification count : 2 |

All of those elements are essential and must be intergrated to have an effctive plan. That is why the suite of Talent management vendors have really done well even in the down economy. |

Would agree with that, I think it's important to have all of those elements in the framework to be honest. Maybe this short video will help to explain a bit more about what we talk to companies about when it comes to building a leadership framework. Karen Murphy Muika Leadership |
