I am trying to research various employee engagement/satisfaction survey vendors/website for a company with 70 employees (and is growing very fast) so will want a vendor/website/software that can support an organization with 200 employees. Any recommendations? |

One of the most important considerations you can make regarding an employee engagement survey provider is to find one that not only conducts the survey and delivers results (quickly and accurately), but also includes follow-up training to address opportunities for improvement discovered in the survey. Leadership IQ guarantees survey results within 28 days and also provides follow-up training. For more on their approach to employee surveys, read the online article series: Employee Surveys: Why 5-Point Scales Don't Work. |

Yep, Towers Watson will probably provide something that is expensive but more than capapble. The follow-up area is crucial. We run cultural competence surveys - you can see the video on our homepage and always set meetings for follow ups after the survey is completed. Good luck, let me know if you have any other questions! Karen Muika Leadership Leadership Training Programmes </br> |
