Workforce Management for the SMB: Big Results for Small and Medium Businesses

Description
Small and medium businesses (SMBs) are at the heart of the global economy. This dynamic segment of the marketplace employs a huge portion of today's workforce, but often has limited resources with which to meet their workforce management needs. The use of technology can have a significant impact for these organizations, but it must be the right technology. Meeting the needs of the SMB is not about delivering a stripped down version of enterprise software, it's about implementing the right functionality to help drive organizational productivity, without creating additional burden for the HR and IT departments.

Join guest speaker Mollie Lombardi, Vice President of Aberdeen Group's Human Capital Management practice as she shares the latest Aberdeen research findings on workforce management benefits for the SMB. Then hear Frank Moreno, Director of Product Marketing at Kronos, discuss how the latest technologies and delivery models offer new options that are more affordable and much easier to get up and running.

Participants will learn how:
• Workforce management solutions can help the SMB improve productivity and business results
• Small and medium businesses can access and analyze labor metrics to drive better data-driven decisions
• New ways of delivering technology like cloud computing can bring functionality without administrative burden
• To manage complexity and deliver flexibility to both managers and employees
• Technology investments in HR, labor management and payroll automation can lower costs, increase revenue and provide a competitive advantage

Mollie blew through her presentation left no room for air let alone breathing. Though she spoke clear moved way to fast and lost my engagement. It became babbling towards the end. Made it hard for me to want to follow along. Felt like she was just talking but not necessarily to me. I understand it's hard to work in a lot of information into a small amount of time but she could have done an audience check-in half way through to ensure we were still with her. 3 / 5
