Learn how the use of web-based video interviewing in the selection process provides more efficient and standardized methods for assessing candidate knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (KSAO’s) as they pertain to the job description. Asynchronous video interview assessment improves quality of hire though a lean process approach that eliminates waste introduced by scheduling and unnecessary time spent with unqualified candidates. The recorded aspect of video interviewing establishes a database for I-O psychology professionals to validate, refine, and measure the reliability and effectiveness of questions and content and the predictive nature of these aspects in the talent acquisition process.
