Description
It was just a few short years ago that video interviewing entered the talent acquisition landscape – and had a significant impact on the candidate experience and the interviewing process. Video technology has come a long way in that very short period of time and the usage has expanded out in to many aspects of daily HR life.

Join Lizz Pellet a noted thought leader in Talent Management to explore some of the best practices and trend data that has shaped a new way we “view” this technology.

•       How the technology evolved over the past three years
•       Best practices for using the technology in HR as a whole
•       How companies are getting a better ROI than expected
•       What to expect in the near future
•       Trend report: survey data from recent HR.com survey

Lizz is a Fellow in Organizational Transformation from Johns Hopkins University and a well-known thought leader in Talent Management. Lizz is a master in Leadership Development and Employee Engagement and is the author of the 2010 SHRM publication, The Cultural Fit Factor, Creating an Employment Brand that Attracts, Retains and Repels the Right Employees.

Lizz has educated recruiting professionals for the past 5 years on how to use social media and social tools in their recruiting efforts. Most recently, she has started Social Presence Coaching to assist individuals to build their social presence by increasing their awareness, personal brand and social image. Lizz is the LinkedIn Group Moderator for Linked HR and Strategic HR and Sustainably Forum.
