The Most Proven, Effective Hiring Best Practices

Description
Topgrading has dozens of named, leading companies that have improved their hiring success over 300% (www.TopgradingCaseStudies.com). And the CEOs say the improved talent from Topgrading has made their company more successful. No other hiring method claims anything close to such results.
The heads of HR at the biggest companies in the world report that only 25% of their new hires turn out to be the expected high performers; 50% are “OK,” but not as good as others who could have been hired at the same salary, had their hiring methods been better. And 25% turn out to be serious, costly mis-hires. In other words, 75% of the people they hire turn out to be disappointments. Such results account for why most of us in HR are considered “administrators” by top management, and not valued contributors to improved talent. This webinar can help HR earn more respect by significantly improving talent, using the most proven method – Topgrading.
The webcast begins with presenting the three biggest hiring problems and the three common sense Topgrading solutions. You’ll see the staggering costs of mis-hires, researched with the Topgrading Cost of Mis-Hire template. That template will be made available to you to help you determine those high costs.
Next, there will be a brief overview of the 12 Topgrading hiring steps, all of which contribute to better hiring. The famous Topgrading Interview will be highlighted, and the latest online hiring tools for HR to use are briefly shown. Finally, free Resources to learn more about Topgrading are offered.

Who Should Participate
HR Professionals, CEOs, General Managers, and any individual manager wanting to improve hiring success.

"Not as happy with this presentation as I have been with past HR.com webinars. The presenter came across as a ""salesman"" type for lack of a better description. I was expecting more than what is the norm for current and up-to-date options employers use with their hiring structure." 3 / 5

Though this speaker mentioned that he wasn't there to sell his product it was apparent that he was. The idea that behavioral interviewing doesn't work is pretty rediculous to me given the amount of research and statistics out there. The problem is not the tool of behavioral interviewing the problem is the hiring manager who doesn't use it properly. 2 / 5
