Our presentation will cover Financial Wellness and Education within your employees and workplace. We will first go over the affects on production and the overall bottom line of your company due to poor financial footing amongst your employees. After addressing the underlying problem that so many employees are facing, we will cover solution options and the long term influence it will have on your company. The unfortunate truth of what we face in the workplace and at home is that so many of us are bogged down by everyday stress of finances. Our goal is to help employers understand the affects of financial stressors on their employees and give them the tools to help fix them for good. By giving their employees the education and tools they need to fix their problems they will increase the overall wellness of their employee and company as a whole.
