Talent Pipelines-Developing a Path to Your Door

Description
Talent acquisition processes have evolved from a series of discrete, primarily reactive tasks, to a strategic proactive integrated process. Driven by challenging economic conditions, dramatic changes in jobseeker attitudes and preferences, and internal organizational demands, talent acquisition is now viewed as a strategic business process which aligns the capabilities of incoming talent with the business objectives of the organization. As organizations develop their strategy, the technology market has responded with a variety of supporting technologies-including sourcing, analytics, mobile and video solutions. Unfortunately, the adoption of this variety of technologies can be time consuming on the part of the HR leader.

It is more important than ever to have a sound talent pipeline strategy-and just as important to have the right tools at your fingertips to engage the candidate community and accelerate their interest in your organization. The simplicity or complexity of your talent pipeline strategy is dependent upon your organizational objectives, bandwidth of your recruiting team, and of course….budget. This “talent pipeline” becomes the pathway to your organization-and the strength of your pipeline will have significant impact on your ability to support organizational objectives, reduce your time and cost per hire metrics, and drive quality of hire.

This does not mean there should be less focus on those candidate activities such as screening and selecting. In fact, those processes should be more impactful given the strength of your talent pipeline process. This webinar will focus on assisting the talent leader to identify potential talent pipeline strategies, the tools that will impact this process, and sustaining principles of talent pipeline development.
Who Should Participate
HR professionals and talent acquisition specialists considering implementing sourcing and candidate relationship management technology platforms.
