"It was very tough to listen to for quite some time... the speaker seemed to have never done a webinar before was not sensitive to how his behavior would influence our experience. He was making tapping noises for quite some time then we had sound quality issues clearly coming from his end. These are things that should be checked out in advance. The material itself was a bit shocking. As a psychologist it's my worst fear to hear people peddling things like ""performance thinking quotient""... YIKES!" 2 / 5
