Description
Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh faced a unique challenge: Build a workforce with cutting edge technical skills that is able to work in a stressful environment, while still creating a patient and family-focused culture of caring and optimism. At the same time, CHP was keenly aware of increasing EEOC/OFCCP scrutiny and civil discrimination suits. The solution was a coordinated, comprehensive approach to selecting the best candidates while actually enhancing the legal defensibility of the hiring system.
