Description
The New Year is traditionally a time for taking a step back and reflecting on our challenges and successes of the past in order to help you set a course for the future. Does your organization’s recognition program need a little TLC? Is it time to assess the condition of your organization’s recognition initiatives and evaluate techniques for infusing your program with enthusiasm for 2013? This one hour advanced course will equip you with an understanding of the maturity cycle of a recognition program and will prepare you with evaluation strategies and techniques to maximize the four key outcomes at each stage.

In this course we will take a look at the evaluation process and discuss when the right time to make a change to a program is, and we’ll share ideas for taking the recognition experience to the next level with 7 practical ways to reconnect with employees. Learn how an organization takes a recognition program beyond one that rewards a select group of high achievers, to one that actively stimulates the whole group to achieve. We will provide tips for making the actual presentation of an award. Since this is considered by many to be one of ways to make the greatest impact on an employee. Learn how award presenters can use the presentation to create a moment to remember. Last but not least, we will touch on what types of awards will best support the objectives of your recognition program for 2013?

Join Mike Byam, author of The WOW Workplace and Managing Partner of one of the world’s foremost recognition providers, as he discusses the cutting edge of employee recognition that actually boosts engagement, adds value to your organization’s bottom line, and ultimately aligns your employees’ efforts with your organization’s mission and goals.

Good Presentation
The ppor rating above is indicative of not receiving the information I hoped to receive. My reason for attending the webinar was to gain some information/ideas on new ways to present awards types of awards and awards presentation. Our employees appreciate being able to select their own gift but from the perspective of presenting what are good ideas for company wide meetings what things have been done creative ways to present. 2 / 5
