She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and a longtime member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Penny's most recent work experience was at The Dannon Company, Inc., as Manager of Employee Benefits. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in Anthropology and studied Law after graduating.
