Description
Practically every HR administrator has experienced the difficulty of determining and allocating appropriate employee pay adjustments at annual performance review time. There are so many factors to consider; budget, performance rating, current compensation, peer compensation, current market, survey data, etc. This presentation is a basic introductory overview that will help eliminate unproductive guesswork and describe qualities of a fair and equitable performance management and compensation program at all levels of the organization?
Alignment between compensation and performance is a characteristic frequently found in high performing organizations. Employee buy-in and support of the company is bolstered by a well considered, fair and documented compensation plan that rewards based upon performance level and position within an established pay grade salary band. Presentation will describe traditional and variable pay (incentive) oriented compensation programs and the benefits and application of each. This webinar is designed for all HR professionals that may be wrestling with questions such as: • What factors should we use to measure the performance of our staff? • How does employee and organizational performance relate to compensation? • How do we determine a fair pay adjustment budget? • Are your base pay grades competitive? • Where can I get current compensation data and information relevant to my industry, geographic location, and company size?
