Today’s business environment requires leaders to do more than ever and with fewer resources. This session features a discussion on leadership in the context of organizational change and the attributes of leaders that successfully lead change within their organizations.

What is the importance of change mastery? Our research shows that there are eight universal leadership competencies and 18 leadership skill sets that are most indicative of leader effectiveness. This webinar will examine the attributes of leaders, the importance of change and the environments that foster innovation. You will find out what organizational structure is best suited for learning, sharing, and fostering change.

This webinar will also help you understand the personal characteristics of change leaders, how to find and develop leaders of change, and the importance of organizational change. Learn how to evaluate work environments and employee population in terms of readiness for change, as well as, learn how to better facilitate change.

So what are agents of change? Who are agents of change? There is no shortage of prolific writers on the subject of leadership. What have you read that has influenced your thoughts on leadership?
