Description
Talent management works better when supported with the right technology. This webinar provides insight into some of the big issues in talent management technology today such as integration, social media, and supporting employee engagement. The webinar is grounded in a 2011 survey by HR.com which measured the satisfaction (or lack of satisfaction) with various elements of talent management technology.
Participants will come away with an understanding of how their talent management technology infrastructure compares to other organizations and what they should work on first to enhance the advantages technology can bring. Mr. Creelman will share insights drawn from HR.com’s recent survey on talent management software. This will include a discussion of the relative merits of ERPs, integrated solutions, mixed/point solutions and home grown solutions on a range of dimensions. You will learn: • how talent management software supports HR analytics and dashboards • how systems support social media • the role of technology in engagement, goal alignment and more Who Should Participate
