Description
As the struggle to retain and attract the best talent continues to intensify, HR is being pushed to be more strategic and deliver higher value to their business partners. All too often, HR is on the hook to solve complex issues that need to be collectively owned, with limited support and understanding from the business. As a result, HR is charged with the rate of change for their business unit, for determining any gaps in leadership, or why in the changing world of work, their business isn’t properly armed to win.

Right Management has spent over 30 years helping good HR organizations become great. Our focus is helping HR teams improve their delivery capability, and in turn, increase the value they provide to their respective businesses.

In this webinar, we will provide a history of HR’s involvement in business discussions, and how “being strategic” isn’t as crucial as adding value. We will discuss our perspective on how to drive this change within HR organizations and accelerate it so HR feels empowered, capable, and ready to meet their business’ needs. This will include discussions on:

-Leading edge practices on how to drive change within the HR team
-How a team can move from a “pair of hands” to a trusted partner
-How to add value in the changing world of work
-Stories of how our clients have approached this challenge in our vast experience.

This webinar will help participants determine if their HR teams are up for the challenge that 2013 will bring – and if they are capable of delivering the value that the current marketplace demands. If you have been thinking about how you can raise your HR team’s performance, this is a must-attend webinar.
