Description
Every minute employees aren’t fully productive and up-to-speed has a significant financial effect on any organization. There is also a significant opportunity to engage them and enable both new employees and existing staff to perform critical tasks and skills earlier that might be missing from your training program.

In this webinar, you will learn the secrets to slashing time to full productivity on the job by 30-to-50% or more using the Learning Paths methodology. This methodology is a proven global best practice that applies a rapid performance improvement approach to accelerate learning. Learning Paths instill a robust continuous improvement discipline that improves the quality of the learning process. This approach dramatically reduces the time, waste, variability and cost of training employees and gets training done at the speed of business. As a result, performance is improved in a way that is readily measurable and trackable in real business terms.

In this webinar you’ll learn:
3 critical steps that will transform the way your organization looks at training
How training can be developed for the entire job in the time it now takes to develop one hour of e-learning
How to explain the significance of competency vs proficiency as a performance measure
The business results of improving and accelerating the learning process
Using a Learning Path as a tool to engage managers in meaningful performance mentoring

The results of Learning Paths can include an integrated HR and training organization that helps to reposition training as a support for management and operations. After 30 minutes of presentation the speak had only acknowledged the practice of utilizing a learning path and the effectiveness of doing so. There were no takeaways or applicable information presented. Maybe there would have been nearer the end but the presenter must take that into consideration as time is valuable. This was not the best use of my time. 2 / 5
