Data used in this report is based on the actual search history of a sampling of LexisNexis® screening customers from June 2011 through June 2012 compared to previous years . In addition, this year, LexisNexis conducted a public survey in July and August with HR.Com and have also included those results in separate areas to provide a public viewpoint.
