Description
Results of a recent survey conducted by Manpower Inc. revealed that 84% of today’s workforce is interested in finding a new job. Although not all of the people will find new jobs this year, the impact of this can be very detrimental to your organization. The loss of high performers impacts your customers, productivity levels, and has a direct impact on the bottom line. Plus employees who have mentally moved on are obviously less productive and their focus certainly is not on the customer.

Do you have employees that have quit and forgot to tell you? How engaged are your employees?

Employee engagement is when employees are emotional attached and use discretionary effort to help the organization reach its goals. The objective of this session is to give leaders strategies in five areas that they can implement immediately in their organization. The five areas are: Hiring and Selection, Onboarding, Communication, Accountability, and Recognition.

You will learn how to:
• Stop struggling with employees that lacks initiative.
• Effectively engage all employees-from boomers to millennial.
• Minimize time spent on intervening on things that your employees should handle.
• Losing business because of customer dissatisfaction.
• Reduce turnover by having a system that Insures the Right Fit versus a Misfit

This session is for HR Leaders who want to help their organization gain a competitive advantage by creating employee engagement and retention. This session will provide practical solutions to:
• Why employees leave
• Hiring right the first time
• Maximizing the Honeymoon Period (First 90 Days)
• Employee Communications that Foster Engagement
• Employees feeling Valued and Appreciation
• Culture of Accountability
