The health and productivity of your employees depends on their awareness of how their lifestyle (both in and out of the workplace) affect their physical and emotional well-being. This interactive workshop will introduce you to Life and Health Coaching, a new dimension of Health Coaching, and provide you with simple yet effective coaching tools to help your employees take control of their health.

You'll learn the concept of finding your Inner Health Coachâ„¢
to empower yourself and your employees to take critical action steps for adopting healthier lifestyles.

You'll also learn how to tactfully help your employees recognize when their health is out of balance -- and to become their cheerleader and motivator for maintaining good health.

You will learn how to increase awareness by asking deeply focused coaching questions that will help identify the areas for improvement, brainstorm resources, find out what their obstacles may be and ways of overcoming them.

You will learn how to set SMART goals and use Wheel of Health coaching template to design specific actions for positive changes in your health and health of your employees, including behavior modification for smoking cessation, weight management, overall fitness, improving sleeping patterns, stress management, and more.

As a result of this workshop, you'll find yourself equiped with effective coaching tools to better maintain the delicate balance of your own health, as well as educating and empowering your employees to do the same. You'll also learn about additional resources thatt you can offer as an HR professional to make your life and lives of your employees healthier and more productive.
