Description
On average, benefit costs account for 30% of total compensation spend.1 Are you confident you are getting the most value for every benefit dollar? Without tools in place to gather point of purchase information on employee benefit elections and analyze behavioral data, you are planning in the dark.

According to a recent MetLife survey, employees who are very satisfied with their benefits are nearly three times more likely to say they are very satisfied with their jobs and are less likely to leave, than employees who are not satisfied with their benefits.2 But often, employees give no more thought to their enrollment decision than looking for the lowest premium or renewing their previous year’s enrollment option.

Decision support tools and analytics can help your employees understand, appreciate and make better use of their benefits – and at the same time, help you improve your programs and increase employee engagement and satisfaction.

Join us for a one-hour webinar that will provide insight on how ADP’s Decision Support Tools and Analytics can drive desired results. Topics covered will include:

• Learning to approach benefits like retailers by gathering point of purchase data for future analysis
• Providing your employees with real-time decision support tools to help guide enrollment choices
• Using analytics to drive your benefits strategy
• Putting it all together: A Case Study

Plus, all participants will receive a complimentary copy of our new white paper: Merchandising Consumer-Driven Health Plans (CDHPs) Employee Benefits Planning Takes a Market Research-Based Approach.
1 MetLife 8th Annual Study of Employee Benefits Trends, 2010.
2 Based on total compensation for private-sector employers in the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, March 2012.

I did not receive a link to get inot the webinar. I received the confirmation that i registered from Citrix. I went on the HR.com website to try to find the link to the webinar unsuccessfully. I contacted Citrix. After reviewing HR.com's website they said HR.com did not integrate their link with Citrix' link. Citrix was kind to allow me to connect to their link but by then the webinar was over 20 minutes old and was essentially useless to me by that time. I'm not impressed with HR.com and upset. 1 / 5

I recently submitted an idea to my organization's benefits team. The idea was to implement a benefits plan calculator. The details of my idea were similar but not as extensive as the calculator that you offer. I also included in my idea that it would be beneficial for employees to have to have the ability to download actual claims data. I'm not sure who asked the question but I'm glad that the question was asked and answered. I had no idea that a benefits plan calculator exists. 4 / 5

While the information was useful it is only useful for those with the ADP system. It appeared more of a sales tool than an educational webinar. 3 / 5
