Motivating Individuals in a Diverse Work Environment

Topic:
Motivating Individuals in a Diverse Work Environment
Date:
October 12, 2007 at 11:00 - 12:30 PM ET

Description

A recent national poll uncovered that the "right stuff" to motivate some employees may not be "stuff" at all. Learn how this study identified six different segments of people based on what motivated them ... and what didn't. Tangible awards are tops for many, but others want flexibility, freedom, praise, and access to top management more than anything else. This presentation will explain these different segments and provide insight into how you can find out what motivates your workforce, and then make sure your reward and recognition offerings includes all the right stuff for your employees or channel partners.

Who Should Participate
  • HR professionals interested in understanding how to motivate the changing workforce
  • HR professionals with a desire to use powerful new research to support decision making
  • Incentive and recognition program managers looking for an approach to design programs with greater motivational impact
  • Incentive and recognition program decision makers who want to drive improved business results
  • Extra Learning Material
