There are 4 main areas inside each event for attendees
The Lobby is the main page for the Event. To access the different areas of the event click on the title of the one you would like to go to. At the top right hand corner of the screen there is a clock which displays the Event time using the Eastern time zone (GMT-05:00). If you are not in the ET time zone, please refer to this clock as our live webcasts are presented in this time.
You'll have access to the listing of the live webcast presentations for the day. Clicking on the "More info" buttons on the left panel will display the link (on the right panel) to enter the presentations at the appropriate time. All webcasts are available for HR.com members for 7 days after the conference. Or you can listen to the presentation on iTunes.

The Exhibit Hall is the place for attendees to get information from the leading suppliers of products and services that relate to the day's topic. Each supplier has their own virtual booth that attendees can visit in order to download brochures, read case studies, and get a flavour for the company's offerings. Attendees can chat in real time with a company representative.
This area allows you to sit back, relax and chat to others in your profession about any HR related topics. Exchange information, ask questions, and expand your network. HR.com staff will be visiting this page regularly to answer any of your event questions.
