Working Mother Magazine Lists DuPont as One of the Top 100 Best Places for Working Mothers

WILMINGTON, Del., Oct. 18, 2011 – Working Mother magazine recently announced that DuPont is one of the top 100 best places to work for working mothers. DuPont was named among this select group for its mother-friendly programs and practices. This is the 23rd time that DuPont has been named on this list.
DuPont earned this distinction by outscoring hundreds of applicants on an extensive survey of employee benefits, women’s issues and advancement, childcare, flexible work arrangements, parental leave and company culture.
“DuPont is proud to be placed on this list for the 23rd year,” said Maritza Poza-Grise, vice president, DuPont Human Resources. “We continue to place a high value on our work-life programs. As a company, we consistently see the benefits of providing a supportive work environment for our employees.”
The Working Mother 100 Best Companies will be celebrated at this year’s Working Mother 100 Best Companies Work Life Congress, Oct. 18-20, in New York City.
