Matt Kaiser, Vice President and Talent Strategist, and Jennifer Henley, Executive Director of Business Development and Talent Strategist for NAS Recruitment Communications, shared their expertise with standing-room-only audiences at the recent 2011 SHRM Talent & Staffing Management Conference in San Diego.

In his session titled Innovation in Recruitment: Best practices that will help you source and attract top talent, Kaiser spoke about how to create strategies that will reach preferred candidates, and how organizations can use new technologies and sourcing channels to reach today’s increasingly fragmented pool of potential candidates.

During The Mirror Test: Reflecting on what candidates see in you, Henley addressed the impact that candidate experience and perception can have on recruiting success. She also introduced tools and techniques employers can use to create a more positive candidate experience and more successful recruiting results.
