(Jupiter, FL - January 26, 2005) All the experts are saying the same thing: Our nation is soon going to face a talent shortage of debilitating proportions. We're talking shortages that range from two million to 10 million jobs. Even if we assume the best estimate, that is still two million desks that are left unfilled.

Fortunately, organizations don't have to suffer. Employers have the power to prevent this work force crisis from turning their businesses upside down. Performance Staffing 2005 intends to help companies position themselves for victory in the 21st-century race for talent.

Michael C. Moore, president and CEO of Jupiter, Fla.-based Recourse Communications Inc., will present Performance Staffing 2005. Presented by RCI Center of Excellence, in association with other industry leaders (such as WILLIS, DDI and others), this seminar will give recruiters and human resources professionals the opportunity to explore new solutions, interact with their peers, and receive advice from the best minds in the fields of staffing, recruitment, and retention.

Performance Staffing 2005 will cover the following areas of recruiting:

* The Staffing Landscape
* Candidate Profiling
* Employer Branding
* Managing the Hiring Manager
* Sourcing Strategies
* The Candidate Experience
* Interactive Case Studies
* Screening & Assessment
* Candidate Selection
* Employee Retention
* Defining an Applicant

This important seminar will illustrate a better way to implement, measure, and manage the recruitment and retention programs within organizations. For additional information, please contact Colleen Thomas by phone at 561-277-1254 or via e-mail at <>
