Seminar on Employee Benefits Basics from New England Employee Benefits Council April 5, Waltham, Mas

WALTHAM - A seminar on the basics of employee health and welfare plans will be held in Waltham, Mass., Thursday, April 5, by the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC).
This full-day seminar is geared toward benefits and human resources professionals and others needing a basic understanding of health and welfare plans. The program may also serve as a refresher course for experienced benefits and human resources professionals.
Topics will include:
 
- Death and disability benefits
- Health and welfare plan communications
- Health and welfare plan compliance
- Health and welfare plan funding
- Design of health and managed care plans
The faculty includes experts from Mercer, Sullivan Benefits, CIGNA HealthCare, The Segal Company and Spring Consulting Group
The seminar will be held Thursday, April 5, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Waltham Woods Conference Center, 860 Winter Street, Waltham, Mass., minutes from Route 95/128.
