WALTHAM, Mass.—March 7, 2012—A seminar on building a culture of health will be held in Waltham, Mass., Thursday, March 22 by the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC).
This session will focus on the costs and impact of unhealthy lifestyles and provide practical steps employers can take to implement a culture of health. Creating a culture of health can have a direct impact on the bottom line as well as generate indirect savings through increased efficiencies and higher productivity.
The speakers will provide an overall view of the landscape as well as suggested approaches that have worked for similarly situated employers. Topics to be covered include:
