Pure Energy Services Deploys cfactor to Automate Workforce Management Processes

Date: October 20 2011

Saskatoon, SK (PRWEB) October 20, 2011
Pure Energy Services Ltd. (“Pure Energy”) recently implemented cfactor as its workforce technology hub. The cfactor on-demand platform supports Pure Energy’s workforce management, reporting, communications, training/certifications and performance management activities.

Pure Energy’s initial focus was to drive efficiencies with cfactor’s suite of online self-service tools. Employees are now able to use technology to manage a number of work related activities. Full process automation has effectively replaced a number of manual processes. Vacation requests, updating personal and banking information, viewing pay information and requesting confirmation of employment letters are now fully automated. Managers are provided with secure access to employee reports and possess the ability to hire, promote and process compensation changes. Processes initiated by a manager are automatically routed to ensure the necessary approvals are attained prior to flowing directly into the payroll system.

With the first phase successfully launched, the focus has now shifted to employee training, certification and performance management.
Justin Kurek, HR Manager at Pure Energy, is excited about the new capabilities cfactor is providing, “By partnering with cfactor we have been able to streamline and create efficiencies in our day to day operations, increase our communication within the company and at the same time reduce our costs. This technology allows our employees to access information anytime on demand and is a key tool in tracking employee training and career progression.”

“The approach that Pure Energy has taken is one that we have continually seen to be successful,” said Cary Schuler, CEO, cfactor. “By deploying a subset of cfactor functionality you can make an immediate impact on your top business priorities. You can then build on this early momentum to continue to tackle a host of workforce management priorities. cfactor achieves this by augmenting existing systems with a new and innovative workforce management platform. Why replace your existing systems if you can breathe new life into them?”
