The AWLP awarded Pearson a “Work-Life Seal of Distinction,” and Working Mother included Pearson on the magazine’s 100 Best Companies list for the 12th time.
The AWLP Seal of Distinction, awarded for the first time this year, is designed to recognize companies who demonstrate leadership in creating innovative workplace strategies and practices. Honorees were evaluated based on the breadth and depth of their work-life portfolio, requiring evidence of support in areas spanning dependent care, workplace flexibility, health and wellness, financial support, paid time off, community involvement, and organizational culture.
