Addressing the increasing globalization of clients and prospects, these enhancements provide additional support for areas such as managing multiple currencies, international allowances, visa and work permits, region-specific employee calendars and public holidays, among other features.
The new version of NuViewHR® version 4.14 also includes flexible features for tracking long-term leave, time-off requests, new hires, employee performance goals and recruiting requisitions.
Key enhancements in the NuViewHR® version 4.14 product suite include:
ŸInternational features that extend multi-currency to all money fields, enhanced support for international allowances, an internationalized immigration form for the collection of visas, passports and tracking public holidays for each country/region.
ŸRecruiting features such as candidate resume stacking and auto populating job and position skills to requisitions.
ŸHR & benefits features that display time off requests pending approval on ESS calendars, network single sign on information for new hires, improved position management process, and a long-term leave Wizard.
Introduced in 2005, the NuViewHR® Version 4.0 platform is a fully-integrated HRIS and Payroll suite that has developed into the most complete and flexible HRIS and Payroll solution available today.
