The Eau Claire location is the largest division of Mayo Clinic Health System, the community healthcare division of Mayo Clinic.
MSA Executive Search/Integrated Healthcare Strategies, will lead the search for this position that is responsible for all nursing services across MCHS–NW-WI Region (excluding MCHS Menomonie), and is a consistent voice of influence and advocacy across the Mayo Clinic enterprise. The Vice President/CNO is responsible for a total budget of $33.3 million, and has responsibility for over 800 FTEs.

This leader will report to Chief Administrative Officer, John Dickey, and will serve as a key member of MCHS Eau Claire’s Administrative Council, on the Clinical Council, and as staff to the Clinical Practice Committee of the MCHS Eau Claire Board.

Candidates considered will be Master’s prepared, with either a Bachelor's or advanced degree in nursing, and a minimum of five years of broad-based operational and strategic experience within a complex, fully integrated healthcare system. It is essential that the applicant have a proven ability to embrace a multi-disciplinary, patient-centered approach to healthcare, and to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
