, a global leader in integrated talent management solutions, has appointed Guy Langley as chief operating officer to help drive its continuing rapid growth in Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific.
Langley will be responsible for global sales and services across the 17 countries where Lumesse has operations, and support for over 1,700 customers in more than 70 countries. Lumesse global customers include Alibaba, Bank of China International, RBS, Deloitte, Deutsche Telekom, EADS, Heineken, Huawei, Lufthansa, Merck, Group PSA Peugeot Citroën, PUMA, Sara Lee, and Virgin Atlantic.
Langley joins Lumesse from Siemens PLM Software (formerly UGS), where he was senior vice president for Europe, Middle East and Africa, overseeing substantial revenue growth. Prior to this, Langley ran a number of country operations for UGS (UK), PeopleSoft (Spain) and J.D. Edwards (Nordic & Germany). He joined the software industry in 1996 following a successful sales career in IBM.
