This unique offering is a combination of webinar classes and one-to-one mentoring, allowing HR Professionals to actually experience their methodology. It covers the first portion of their certification process, which once completed, allows the certified individual to use the methodology within an organization. This is a major milestone in the industry since there are very fewcurrent options where HR professionals can acquire 10.0 units of re-certification credit through completion of virtual content.
