Incentives Planning and Management

Rewarding and recognizing employees for goal achievement signals and communicates throughout the organization what is important, what needs to get accomplished and what are priorities. Successful programs focus efforts with clearly defined and meaningful goals that can be measured; are achievable; have buy-in from personnel across the ladder; and are supported by management with training and resources.
