Total Tenure
The total years of employment for all current exempt and nonexempt employees at the end of the reporting period.

Regular Headcount
The average number of regular employees, regardless of hours worked in the reporting unit for the survey period.

Purpose

Total Average Tenure is the average length of service of all active regular employees. This metric measures the commitment of the workforce and the overall effectiveness of efforts to retain employees.
