Salt Lake City (PRWEB) June 21, 2011
HealthEquity, Inc. announced that it is the first company to complete phase I of The Leapfrog Due Diligence process in the consumer‐directed health care (CDH) space.
The three-phase Leapfrog Due Diligence process evaluates companies and vendors that provide products and services to Leapfrog Group member companies. The process saves member companies from completing the costly due‐diligence process on their own by providing a comprehensive, unbiased free report on prospective vendors. The process uses a team of experts to perform on-site reviews and reference checks that:
- Verify services offered
- Review standard contracts and financial terms
- Review financial and operational stability
- Review risk management policies and procedures
- Review customer satisfaction and references
- Review safety and security of IT systems
- Verify accreditation status, if applicable
As part of the process, The Leapfrog Group Due Diligence Cooperative, LLC, prepared a summary phase I report on HealthEquity, which was reviewed by The Leapfrog Group Due Diligence Cooperative, LLC Review Committee and is valid through May 31, 2012. Leapfrog Group members can obtain a copy of the report from http://www.leapfrogduediligence.org
