Darlene joined the company in 2010 as Human Resource Generalist and quickly rose to the challenge of reorganizing the department to accommodate our global growth and manage an increase of 43% in new employee hires and 58% in revenue growth in 2011.

Darlene has 12-years experience in the Human Resource field. Before she was with Global LT, she was with companies such as MET Hotels, Handleman Company and Robert Half International. Darlene earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Walsh College. Darlene is a native of Jordan and speaks Arabic and English.
