CGS’s 10th Annual Customer Conference Concludes in Atlantic City After Successful Four-Day Run

New York, NY – May 1, 2012 — Computer Generated Solutions (CGS), a leading global provider of technology solutions, announced today the conclusion of their 10th annual INSIGHT 2012 customer conference at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. This year’s event (April 22-25) connected CGS customers and industry experts for an exchange of strategies, solutions, and ideas.

Highlights of the conference included the unveiling of CGS’s new BlueCherry Multi-Channel Merchandise Planning (MCMP) solution. The module is expected to significantly improve individual retail, wholesale, catalog, and internet channel results. The CIO/executive roundtable moderated by Microsoft was also a popular event as top apparel CIOs discussed the state of the industry and the current challenges businesses are facing as well as trends and best practices. Customers also had the opportunity to engage in breakout sessions which allowed them to obtain valuable tips and information in several areas including product development, supply chain management, demand management, logistics, finance, and technology.

Attendees of INSIGHT 2012 were also treated to a dynamic keynote speech from Olympic gold-medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee. Other notable highlights included the CEO’s Invitational Dinner at Wolfgang Puck and a performance from Grammy award-winning violinist Miri Ben-Ari.
