The survey includes responses from 275 chief financial officers (CFOs) from a stratified random sample of Canadian companies with 20 or more employees. - Eighty per cent of chief financial officers (CFOs) said they believe
it's more difficult to be a company leader in today's business
- Forty-three per cent of CFOs surveyed said they are concerned about
losing financial professionals to other job opportunities.
- Forty-five per cent of CFOs said subsidized training and education
and flexible work hours/telecommuting are the perks they are offering
or plan to offer to retain employees.
