CBIZ, Inc. Names New President of Human Capital Services Unit

Leawood, Kan. (April 14, 2011) - CBIZ, Inc. (NYSE: CBZ) announced today that Jason (Jay) Meschke has been named president of its Human Capital Services business unit. Meschke will continue to serve in a concurrent capacity as president of EFL Associates, the executive search arm of CBIZ.

In his new position, Meschke will provide leadership to two nationwide human capital practices based in St. Louis, Mo. One practice specializes in compensation consulting while the other focuses on human resources outsourcing and consulting, providing complete outsourcing of all human resources compliance functions for small to medium sized employers.

Maintaining his role at CBIZ's EFL Associates, Meschke will continue to oversee the operating unit that recruits senior level executives for a variety of functions and industries ranging from private equity backed enterprises and Fortune 50 companies to not-for-profit organizations and institutions of higher learning. EFL Associates, which was acquired by CBIZ in 2008, also offers career transition services to assist displaced executives in locating their next career opportunities.
