ACT Bridge Webinar: Return on Talent Investments Is "The Neglected Metric"

ACT Bridge's Chief Marketing Officer, Kurt Ballard, will host the webinar and review the complete findings of the company's 2012 survey, which was conducted online in November among U.S.-based employers to learn about their talent investment practices and plans.

"Measuring RTI--return on talent investments--is essential to an organization's ability to win the war for top talent, achieve its business objectives and gain competitive advantage," said Ballard. In addition to sharing survey findings during the webinar, Ballard will discuss some of the actions that organizations can take to better measure, understand and maximize the return on their talent investments.
