Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) wanted to remind you that participation is still open for the 2012-2013 Annual Salary Budget Planning Survey. The deadline to complete the survey is July 27, 2012. If you would like to download the survey questionnaire, click here.
About The Survey
The purpose of this study is to obtain compensation data used for trending and planning purposes at companies of all sizes, locations, and industries. This survey will report merit increases for 2012 and projected 2013 across five job groups (Executive, Management, Exempt, Non-Exempt and Hourly/Production). Other topics include salary structure movement, short- and long-term incentive plans, and compensation packages.Cost
Survey results will be available to participants in .pdf format at no cost. Non-participants may purchase the survey for $100.
Data
Individual information will be kept under the strictest of confidence. All the data will be pooled; hence, individual responses cannot be traced back to any organization in particular. Your feedback matters, so please respond candidly.
