Most of us think that our next job will be better than the one we have right now. As this infographic shows, we've become a workforce comfortable with, and intent on, constant movement.

Internal career development faces a serious PR problem—but is this poor reputation really deserved? With all this movement (or desire to move) between roles and organizations, it makes you wonder if people are finding what they seek, or if it's the movement itself that's the point?
