MONTVALE, N.J., May 31, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IMA(R), one of the largest and most respected associations focused exclusively on advancing the management accounting profession, announces the launch of the IMA Leadership Academy.
Designed to help accounting and finance professionals enhance their leadership skills, the Academy will offer IMA members numerous resources, including a mentoring program; a monthly webinar series covering topics such as coaching, team building, conflict resolution, and talent management; and a leadership recognition system.
"Talent management and succession planning continue to be top concerns of CFOs and their organizations.
