Athletes come to understand quickly that we must become a champion before we can win a championship!
Being our BEST... starts with the INNER GAME.

Soccer's best player became the Game's Greatest by never letting his enthusiasm lag.

“Edson Arantes de Nascimento was so poor as a child he used a sock stuffed with rags as a soccer ball. When he could find a grapefruit, he used that instead. He didn't get his first cleats until he was 12 years old.

But poverty didn't stop Edson from becoming the greatest soccer player in the world. He practiced until he was the best. His scoring record is an unsurpassed 1,281 goals in 1,363 professional games - a lifetime average of 0.94 goals per game over a 21-year career that ended in 1977. He's also the only player to have won three World Cups - in 1958, 1962 and 1970 - as a member of the Brazilian team.

Between school and shining shoes at night, he played soccer as often as he could when he was growing up in the small Brazilian town of Bauru. His name is Pele... and his work ethic, his passion, his energy, and his WILL made him the best player ever.”

What I find incredibly interesting about studying the BEST of the BEST is that the word TALENT is never discussed. Read the story above again - is it there?

His name is Pele,

Your name is_______________________.

Your work ethic, your passion, your energy, and your WILL make you the "Best Player" you can be and create the the success that your team needs.

In our latest book "HUNGRY Fuelling your best game" we discouver how to inspire and sustain this INNER GAME; will, passion, energy, etc.
