After already once delaying the implementation of its work place poster describing employees' union rights, the NLRB has further delayed the implementation until April 30, 2012. This additional delay is to provide one or more Federal courts the opportunity to rule on the legality of this work place poster. As indicated earlier, there is some significant question about whether or not this is a necessary act by the NLRB, who has not deemed such a notice/poster necessary for more than 70 years.
