Fulcrum Partners, LLC was formed in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida in June 2007 by four former senior consultants of the Executive Benefits Division of Clark Consulting, a division of AEGON, a large European insurer. Prior to the formation of Fulcrum the founding members collectively accumulated more than 60 years of experience in the executive compensation and benefits consultancy space.

Upon the termination in 2010 of Clark Consulting's Executive Benefit Business by AEGON, Fulcrum Partners integrated ten former senior Clark Consultants from nine regional offices into the firm. Fulcrum Partners is a unique combination of members with diverse skill sets, experience and expertise in executive compensation and benefits consulting. Fulcrum Partners is a totally independent, member-owned firm dedicated to helping clients enhance their Total Rewards Strategy by leveraging the firm’s intellectual capital, experience, and broad multidisciplinary industry relationships.

Within today's corporate governance environment, there is a compelling need to coordinate the traditionally separate disciplines of Executive Compensation, Executive Benefits and Perquisites, Benefit Liability Financing, Investment Advisory and Fiduciary Responsibility into a client’s fully integrated Total Rewards strategy. Fulcrum consultants believe that within any organization there exists an optimum balance between incentive, reward, retention, transparency and cost. Fulcrum’s objective is to help organizations achieve that equilibrium.

Our consulting relationships with hundreds of public and private companies throughout the country also position us to help our clients in areas beyond executive compensation and benefits consulting. We provide consultation and coordination in specialized areas of broad-based employee benefit programs, focusing on areas for improved efficiencies and effectiveness in the employee benefit markets.
